My girlfriend says my Serial number 4 GTA.
said it does not matter, because there are no facilities limitless.
However, I think it could create unnecessary problems in the future,
(Note: It is the original from GTA4. Just your serial number lost)
should not give it?

No, because if you uninstall the game and then decide to reinstall, you will not be able to be stored as the serial number on your xbox/computer/ps3.
