I do not know whether you can create the same identification, but a new Yahoo account:
Type www.yahoo.com in your browser and press Enter.
Click on "Send Confirmation.
Choose the Free Edition and click "Sign Me Up."

You will not be capable, you must create a new account, I had a similar problem and create a new account b / c it says User ID is already in use.
