My computer had a small problem in the system and everything was deleted and I had to download iTunes and prior to unloading in combination with my iPod touch for free and went to the screen where an image of a USB cable reporting an iTunes icon and when I arrived and I redownloaded iTunes and my iPod plugged into the window and seemed to say: "iTunes could not connect to the iPod touch, as your key with a code. you must enter the password on the iPod before you occur in conjunction with iTunes. but I can not forget the set because I do not do everything on my iPod and told me that I connect to iTunes, but iTunes can not communicate with the blockade in touch. its very frustrating

Hold down the power button and home button simultaneously. After 20 seconds, release the "Start" button, but still on the power button until the Apple logo. Connected to the computer and you need to restore iPod.
no guarantees, but try this .... have the power (top) and the start button for 30 seconds ... This allows the iPod in recovery mode .... display the image says connect to iTunes or W / E .... Then try again and see if it works.
